An intimate well-being journey for anyone experiencing chronic stress or burnout who wants to regain their energy and move towards a more sustainable and authentic lifestyle so that they don’t have to burnout again.

This is an opportunity to recover from stress, build a strong foundation for your well-being and bid farewell to constant overwhelm, allowing you to feel comfortable in your own body again.

Hi, I'm Nina, Wellbeing & Health Coach, and the Self-Reclaimed Rest & Recovery Expert.

My path into wellness coaching started during the busy days of juggling my interior business and early motherhood. Like us all, I’ve personally had to navigate through seasons of chronic stress, from existential wondering to cognitive strain of multitasking, chronic sleep deprivation, and emotional pain.

In order to help myself, I started approaching the subject from various angles: yoga, nutrition, hypnotherapy to name a few.

The turning point occurred when my friends and colleagues started approaching me with their stress-related issues and seemingly unrelated health challenges. They had tried single solution approaches like mindset coaching, breathing practices, or inflammatory diets. Either these solutions weren’t fully fixing their issues or they were simply too complicated to follow.

I recognised that there was a need for a holistic, yet simple approach that addressed all the facets of stress recovery from the physical to the existential.

This was the start of my Burnout Recovery Method.

What to expect each month:

  • Rest

    Months 1 & 2

    Goal: Reset your nervous system and overwhelmed mind

    The foundation for any further coaching is to ensure that you are fully rested. During this period, we will focus on optimising your sleep and creating a routine for daily rest.

    We will practice how it feels to be calm in your body again and put strategies in place for the ruminating mind.

    We will pay attention to your movement practices and make sure that they are supporting your current energy levels.

    Also, we will explore nature-based therapies that are effective for initial stress recovery.

  • Resource

    Months 3 & 4

    Goal: Nourish your body and bring back the enjoyment

    Once you feel more settled in your energy levels, we will start reintroducing the nourishing and resourcing practices that have been forgotten or neglected.

    We will pay closer attention to your nutrition and movement practices in a way that fits into your lifestyle without restrictions.

    We will build your support network and bring back the activities that bring you joy.

    We will also explore mindfulness and meditation if these appeal to you or find equally effective alternatives.

  • Reflect

    Months 5 & 6

    Goal: Evaluate your current situation and create a strategy for the future

    In the last stage of the program, we will focus on sharpening your values and purposes to help you navigate life more easily in the future.

    We will work on your subconscious blocks and explore techniques like visualisation or hypnosis if those appeal to you.

    If your workplace has been the source of your burnout, we will focus on strategies to help with the situation.

    We will also look into finding daily strategies how you can create more ease, flow, and creativity in your work.

What is included in the 6 month Reset Method:

Bi-weekly coaching sessions followed by additional support like worksheets, recipes, meditations, or further reading.

A changing focus where we move through different areas of the method.

Unlimited daily slack support (weekdays between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm UK time)

Bi-weekly check-ins, in the weeks when we don’t have coaching sessions, to evaluate and adjust your progress and strategy.

Daily log to keep track of all your thoughts, challenges, and successes throughout the coaching.

Recommendations, for functional medicine testing if required.

Your Investment

£470 / month

3 month minimum

  • It is suitable for for those experiencing chronic stress or burnout.

  • My experience is that those who are serious about committing to their well-being and prioritise taking time for self-care will see exceptional results. Recovering from burnout requires action as well as a willingness to change, which can't be achieved at the level of thinking, knowledge, or mindset alone.

  • The pace of the program is designed so that it does NOT create more overwhelm. None of us needs more things on our to-do lists. Also, sustainable change and recovery take time, and from my experience, it can't be achieved in 3 months.

  • We will set a recurring dedicated time for you at the same time each week. This time is dedicated just for you. If you need to rearrange, you can let me know 48 hours before your next session, and I will do my best to get you booked in for another time/day.
