What is HRV and what does it tell us?
HRV (heart rate variability) measures the variation in time between each heartbeat, giving insight into nervous system activity. It's useful for tracking stress levels, recovery, sleep quality, and exercise impact.
How do we measure it?
By wearing a personal device with medical-grade electrodes, which accurately records heart rate data. This method, considered the gold standard for HRV monitoring, provides detailed results displayed on the Firstbeat Life app.
How does it work?

1. Book
Email to book your assessment.

2. Register
You will receive an email to register into Firstbeat Life app.

3. Measure
After you receive your monitor you will take measurements over 3 to 5 days.

4. First Support Session
After your initial measurements we will have our first coaching sessions and discuss relevant lifestyle changes.

5. Remeasure
You will repeat the measurement the following month after your have implemented your changes.

6. Second Support Sesson
After your second measurement session we will finalise you lifestyle recommendations based on your results.
