Measuring your HRV

Did you know that you can measure the state of your nervous system?

Many individuals teach nervous system regulation for stress and burnout, but the most effective way to assess its status is by measuring your heart rate variability (HRV).

HRV is the variation in time between each heartbeat, and by analysing your HRV, you can gain valuable insights into your stress levels, recovery capabilities, and overall well-being.

HRV can provide information on:

1. The quality of your sleep and how well you recover.
2. The daily choices that impact your sleep.
3. The influence of your daily choices, such as recovery practices, on your overall well-being.
4. Your stress and recovery balance.
5. Whether your physical movement has a sufficient impact on your physical well-being.
6. If your exercise is appropriate for your physical level.

This data helps you understand the impact of your choices and make appropriate changes to improve your well-being.

I offer the option to incorporate HRV measurements into my coaching programs, allowing you to see real-time, research-quality data of your nervous system and its improvement.

This is how confident I am with the results that we can create, and I don’t know many coaches who offer this.
